Space

For the sleeping arrangements, upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms, Bedroom 1 contains a super king bed. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds which can be made into a king size bed. Bedroom 3 contains a single bed. The 2 living rooms downstairs also contain a sofa bed in each.

There is a shower room with toilet and this property also features a traditional welsh outside toilet, also known as a “ty bach” in Welsh or an “outhouse,”

Downstairs are two reception rooms, each with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. For those travelling for work there is a laptop working space with chair underneath the stairs by kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you could need for dining in. including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer (located in outside building), an air fryer and that all important Tassimo coffee machine! There is ample space for you to enjoy your meals including a kitchen dining table and breakfast bar.

Outside you will find a beautiful self contained patio garden which contains furniture including a table, chairs and parasol for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is a large, secure building you can access through the rear lane or garden which you are welcome to use for storage of bikes, paddleboards and surf boards
